Mushegh Avetisyan

Guest artist: danced role of Mercutio, Romeo and Juliet 2024.. Mushegh Avetisyan was born in Armenia, in the capital, Yerevan. He then studied at the Yerevan Choreographic School, after which he continued his studies at the Voronezh Choreographic School in Russia. After finishing his studies, he was invited by the Moscow Provincial Theater as a ballet dancer. He trained at the Kremlin Theater and worked at the Yerevan Opera and Ballet Theater, Natalia Sats Musical Theater. In 2019, he was invited to the Stanslavsky Nemirovich Danchenko Moscow Musical Theater. He is a laureate of international and all-Russian competitions such as the “Vakhtang Chabukiani International Ballet Competition” in Georgia, Tbilisi; the “International Dance Competition Spoleto” in Italy; “Tanzolymp” in Germany; “GIDC” in China; and “Russian Ballet” in Moscow. He has toured as a leading soloist in the USA, Japan, China, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Andorra, Finland, Belarus, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Georgia, Ukraine, and Latvia.
